KK Precasts Sdn. Bhd. is a manufacturing company based in Kuching, Sarawak that was established in 2013. We specialize in precast concrete products and were the first to introduce the 100x100mm Prestressed Concrete Pile (KK Pile) to the construction industry. KK Pile have since received very positive and encouraging responses from Engineers, Consultants, Developers and Contractors alike. We also provide Prestressed Concrete Lintels and Fencing Posts. All these products were certified by The Malaysian Intellectual Properties Corporation back in 2012 as a "Registered Malaysian Industrial Design".
The developer of these products, namely Ir. Voon Kuat Khin is a Professional Civil Engineer with more than 40 years of experience and particularly well versed in the precast concrete industry. He was also the founder and introducer of the Reinforced Concrete (RC) Square Pile in Sarawak back in the 1990's.
